Elevating Awareness: The Significance of No Falls Week
From 12 to 16 May 2025, the No Falls Foundation lead No Falls Week, a dedicated campaign to spotlight the critical issue of falls from height in the workplace. As the leading cause of workplace fatalities in the UK, with 50 deaths reported in 2023/24, this initiative aims to highlight a culture of safety and prevention across industries.
Understanding the Impact

- Injuries: Approximately 5,000 non fatal injuries were reported in the same period, with many more likely unreported.
- Economic Cost: Falls from height resulted in an estimated £956 million in costs, including lost productivity and healthcare expenses.
