Our 2-day Grimsby SSSTS course will train you on the safety requirements of construction sites in the UK. You are obliged to take this course if you work in a supervisory position on-site and are responsible for overseeing other workers. The course gives an overview of legal responsibilities and how to ensure health and safety compliance occurs on-site.
Who is the SSSTS training course for?
SSSTS stands for the Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme. The SSSTS training course is targeted at those who already supervise on construction sites as well as people that are new to this kind of role. As well as providing delegates with in-depth knowledge of the latest health and safety legislation and procedures, it also covers Risk Assessments and Method Statements and effective site inductions.
Our SSSTS course in Grimsby is suitable for supervisors with any level of existing knowledge. The course delivers an outline of the various common challenges which can emerge on construction sites whilst also emphasising the importance of monitoring site activity effectively.
Following the CITB course in Grimsby, delegates have the option of taking the Site Management Safety Training Scheme or the SSSTS Refresher, both offered by Target Zero. Simply get in touch if you need further information.
