What health and safety training do you provide?
At Target Zero we provide a wide range of health and safety and construction training solutions across the UK, including: CITB Site Safety courses; HSA, SMSTS, SSSTS, SEATS, Temporary Works and the refreshers. We also offer NEBOSH, IOSH and a full range of construction-related NVQs up to level 7, as well as mental health training.
How much are your courses?
We offer a range of courses which you can take either online or in the classroom at our venues in Chelmsford, Peterborough, Crawley or Sheffield. The price of the courses varies depending on the length and contents of the training, for example, our Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme online course is priced at £149, whilst the CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme online costs £449.
For your convenience, we accept a variety of credit cards and can also offer up to 50% when you purchase a bundle of e-courses.
Can I transfer my booking to another course?
If you have made a course booking and would like to transfer to another date or program, then we do allow delegates to do so. However, our transfer terms depend on how much notice you’re able to give us.
If you make a transfer request more than 30 days before your course start date, this is free of charge.
Transfer requests between 12 to 30 days before your course start date incur a 25% charge of the course cost. This increases to 50% for transfer requests between 7 and 12 days before your course start date, and 75% if you give us less than 7 days’ notice.
When will I receive my certificate?
Successful delegates will be emailed a CITB digital certificate shortly after the course end date, valid for five years. Mental Health and NVQ certificates are also emailed shortly after the successful completion. NEBOSH and IOSH certificates are hard copies, sent recorded delivery.

We offer training sites at the following locations:
- Widford Busines is Centre in Chelmsford – free parking is available.
- South of England Showground in Crawley – free parking is available.
- Bradmarsh Business Park in Rottheram, Sheffield – free parking available.
- 3 Flag Business Exchange in Peterborough – free parking available.
- 44 Broadway in Stratford, London – parking available
What payment methods do you offer?
Booking a course with Target Zero is straightforward as we offer a range of card payment options if you wish to book online or over the phone on 0333 444 0018.
We accept Klarna, PayPal, and provide 0% finance up to 10 months through Buyonline. Corporate clients may arrange payment via bank transfer or invoice, subject to credit checks and written agreement. Bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice.
How can I book a training course?
Booking a course with us is quick and straightforward. We offer three easy ways to secure your place, depending on what suits you best.
1. Book online with live seat availability
You can book your course directly through our website using our live booking system. Simply search for your course, select a date with available seats, and complete your booking online. Your place is confirmed instantly once checkout is completed.
2. Book through your Business Account (ManageMyCourses)
If you have a Business Account with us, simply log in to your ManageMyCourses portal to book delegates onto available courses. This allows you to manage bookings, assign delegates, and keep all training records in one place.
3. Book with our sales team
If you would prefer advice before booking, or need help with group bookings or company training, our friendly sales team is here to help.
