CITB

All of our CITB health and safety training courses are all available online so you can train or refresh your training from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.

Our Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) and refresher courses are aimed towards those who have already taken the SSSTS and are either existing managers or looking to take the next step up in their career. This five day course covers safety legislation, responsibilities, hazard awareness, case studies and everything else you need to manage safety on site.

The Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and refresher courses are aimed at both existing and new supervisors who are responsible for the safety of others on site. This two day course will take you through everything you need to know such as legislation, hazard awareness and your responsibilities.

The CITB Health and Safety Awareness (HSA) course is a one day course aimed at new construction workers starting out in the industry with little to no practical experience, teaching the basics of health and safety on site. Successfully passing this course allows the delegate to apply for their Green CSCS card.

Our Temporary Works Coordinator and Supervisor courses are aimed at those overseeing temporary works within a construction project and the rules and responsibilities relating to health and safety.

IOSH

IOSH stands for the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. We offer the Managing Safely health and safety course online at your convenience which is a globally recognised qualification

This course addresses key health and safety management principles by providing the knowledge to reduce and identify hazards and how to effectively communicate the importance of site safety across the board.

You will learn about the costs and losses of hazards and accidents, how to understand the law connected to health and safety and your responsibilities as a manager.

ONLINE

We run a number of e-learning online health and safety training courses. Our e-learning platform provides interactive training that spans a variety of sectors and requirements including: Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, Display Screen Equipment, Fire Safety Awareness, Fire Marshall Training, First Aid, COVID-19 Safe Workspaces, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Manual Handling, Noise Awareness and Working at height to name a few.

NEBOSH

Our NEBOSH remote health and safety courses are ideal for those responsible for health and safety in construction industry management and across many other sectors. The NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is the most requested health and safety qualification and is world recognised.

The NEBOSH General Certificate (NGC1) is the ideal foundation for managers, supervisors and those working in health and safety. The course takes place over 10 days of training and is highly respected by employers as the most popular health and safety qualification.

The NEBOSH Certificate in Construction (NCC1) is an additional 3 days following the NGC1 and is specific to the construction industry. The assessment is made up of several short health and safety scenarios and an online, open book exam which can be undertaken at home of the office with 48 hours to complete.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

Our Mental Health First Aid course is for individuals who work across a whole host of industries who want to have a better understanding of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and suicide. Those who attend the course will leave with the confidence to be able to recognise the signs of mental health issues, be able to engage with someone needing mental health support and signpost them for further help if they need it. This can be done as a 1 or 2 day online course.
