Description
This Level 6 qualification covers managing, allocating and monitoring work activities and which methods are to be used. It also covers site preparations, organising materials, providing feedback, identifying developmental opportunities, ensuring good communication, promoting good health, safety and environmental practices and maintaining good working relations. There are 18 units in total. It is suitable for anyone acting as a site manager in the construction industry. Upon completion the Black Managers CSCS card and fast-track to MCIOB status can be applied for. Payment can be made in instalments.
