What Is SMSTS Training?
The CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) is a five-day course designed for site managers, agents and others responsible for planning, organising and monitoring construction activities. This course helps you understand the full scope of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, method statements, and legal duties.
Once completed, the SMSTS certificate is valid for five years and must be renewed through the SMSTS Refresher course before expiry.
